The Ministry of Agriculture & Forest (MoAF) has formally selected Katahira & Engineers International, Japan as the Consultant for the Project “Improvement of Machinery and Equipment for Construction of Rural Agriculture Road (Phase 2). The agreement to this effect was signed on 3^rd February 2010 between Mr. Takuji  Kono, Chief Consultant and Mr. Chencho Norbu, Director, Department of Agriculture (DoA). The Consultant will assist the client in preparing the contract document, tendering, evaluation and procurement of the machinery.
